Hi There….
We are the Ted Stevens Band, a fun dance music trio based out of Sarasota. We are an entertainment/dance music group that plays Retro Roots Rock and Roll mixed mixed in with some Surf, Blues, and Alt-country (Elvis, Chuck Berry, Buddy Holly, Johnny Cash, Stray Cats, CCR, George Thorogood and many other great bands).
In a live setting, the rock & roll trio's high-energy performance shines a light on Ted Stevens, as he wrenches the “last mile of style” from his Gretsch Electromatic guitar and works those high-octane, retro-modern vocal pipes for all they're worth.
Keeping pace with Ted is the unflappable Charles “Big Kahuna” Nardone, slapping away on his Crazy 8 upright bass, laying down a rock solid groove with “Smokin' Joe” Hendricks hauling the freight on his vintage Ludwig drums.
