Ceviches is one of Sarasota's newest restaurant/night club with a latin mediterranean cuisine. The 4th floor resaurant has an incredible view with a rooftop bar. Originally constructed in 1925 it is beautifully decorated with excellent taste which keeps you gazing. All this and the food is wonderful not to mention the entertainment is spectacular! On the third floor you can dance the night away with the DJ spinning across the dance floor and pumping out the rythmic beats.
